Alias of Ticket.Messages. Ticket CHAT listing for App clients.

Permissions

  • User must be logged in with a valid bearer token.
  • Returned or changed records are limited by the user permissions, team access, folder access, and account settings.

Action

  • Runs the Ticket.Chat function and returns JSON.

Push Service

No push is sent because this function only reads data or returns helper information.

No automation is run for this function.

Special Instructions

  • Use for the CHAT panel listing. Send uses Ticket.Reply (dashboard insert_message Send / Add chat).
  • type=only_member is an internal note (Add chat). type=normal is customer-visible (Send).
  • who=customer vs who=agent. file_url is absolute when the message is an attachment path.
  • Ticket.Get also returns additive data.chat with the same mapped rows; data.messages remains the raw stored JSON.
