Ticket.ColumnSettings
Get the current user's ticket list column visibility from user_detail_2.ticket_dashboard_fields (customer-tickets column picker). Alias of Ticket.ColumnSettingsGet. No parameters.
Permissions
- User must be logged in with a valid bearer token.
- Returned or changed records are limited by the user permissions, team access, folder access, and account settings.
Action
- Runs the Ticket.ColumnSettings function and returns JSON.
Push Service
No push is sent because this function only reads data or returns helper information.
Automation
No automation is run for this function.
Special Instructions
- No request body parameters — scoped to the authenticated user + owner.
- Returns ticket_dashboard_fields as a string array of field keys.
- Empty or missing row returns ticket_dashboard_fields=[].
- Same handler as Ticket.ColumnSettingsGet.
