Ticket.EncStatus

Report whether the org has an encrypted-custom-field password configured and whether this session is unlocked (customer-tickets encrypted fields UI). No parameters.

Permissions

User must be logged in with a valid bearer token.
Returned or changed records are limited by the user permissions, team access, folder access, and account settings.

Action

Runs the Ticket.EncStatus function and returns JSON.

Push Service

No push is sent because this function only reads data or returns helper information.

Automation

No automation is run for this function.

Special Instructions

No request body parameters.
enc_pwd_configured=0 means fields are treated as unlocked (no password set).
After Ticket.UnlockEncrypted, enc_pwd_unlocked=1 until TTL expires (default 8h).
Use before EncryptedFields to decide whether to show the password modal.
