Ticket.StockProductRemove

Delete a ticket_products row and restore qty to product/storage stock (customer-tickets remove product). Same handler as Ticket.StockProductDelete.

Permissions

  • User must be logged in with a valid bearer token.
  • Returned or changed records are limited by the user permissions, team access, folder access, and account settings.

Action

  • Runs the Ticket.StockProductRemove function and returns JSON.

Push Service

No push is sent because this function only reads data or returns helper information.

Automation

No automation is run for this function.

Special Instructions

  • id is the ticket_products row id from Ticket.StockProductList — not product_id and not ticket_id.
  • Aliases: data_id, ticket_product_id.
  • Restores stock (storage_products or ec_product) for the line qty, then deletes the row.
  • Response items is the refreshed ticket product list.
