The Tag Management Hub
 

The Tags setting serves as your organization’s central engine for categorization, allowing you to create custom, color-coded labels that go beyond standard data fields. Within the Tag modal, you can define specific keywords like "VIP" or "Urgent," assigning each a unique name and color for instant visual identification throughout the system. These settings act as a global library; once a tag is created and saved, it becomes a functional tool for filtering customer lists, triggering automated workflows, and organizing data into specialized folders. By managing your tags from this single interface, you ensure a consistent and searchable vocabulary that enhances team productivity and data clarity across every module.


 

How to Load This Modal?
 

To customize your organization’s visual labels, follow these three steps to reach the configuration hub:
 

1. Navigation Pathway
 

  • Access Settings: Click your profile name in the top right and select the Settings gear icon.
     

  • Module Selection: Navigate to the Biz1 Settings tab and click the Customize Customers And Projects dropdown.
     

  • Launch Modal: Select - Tags to open the management interface.
     

 

 

 

Tag Actions: Quick Reference
 

Managing your organization’s visual labels is done through four simple actions in the Tag Modal:
 

  • Add (+): Click the Plus icon, type a Name, pick a Color, and click Submit to create a new label.
     

  • Edit (Pencil): Click the Pencil icon to change the name or color of an existing tag at any time.
     

  • Delete (Trash): Click the Trash icon to remove a tag permanently from the system.
     

  • Show/Hide: Toggle this setting to keep a tag for historical data but hide it from being picked for new customers.
     





Where is The Tags Located? :

 

  • Customer List: Shown as colored badges; click one to instantly filter your list.







     

  • Customer Profile: A dedicated block where you can quickly add or remove labels from a contact.
