Status Controller: Multi-Dimensional Customer Tracking & Reporting

The Status Controller is a comprehensive management module designed to track and update multi-dimensional customer statuses on a month-by-month basis through a centralized, high-level grid interface that displays customer names alongside assigned team members and up to ten customizable status columns. Each column is managed via a specialized three-step configuration wizard that allows administrators to define display names, link specific tags with varied scheduling types—such as monthly or specific-month intervals—and establish sortable, color-coded status options. This system ensures a detailed historical record of customer progress, providing a unified view of performance metrics like project stages or service categories that is accessible through both a dedicated dashboard for bulk updates and directly within individual customer profiles.

    Step 3: Status Settings (3/3)

The final step of the configuration wizard defines the specific status options available for the selected column.

    Key Actions in Step 3:

    • Status Name: Enter the label for the status (e.g., "New", "Draft").
