Once your categories are established, you can manage them directly from the main settings table:

Save Entry: Click the Submit button in the popup to finalize and save your new category or subcategory to the database.

Edit Details: Click the orange pencil icon in the Action column to modify an existing category’s name, description, or image.

Remove Categories: Click the red trash icon to permanently delete a category and all its associated subcategories.

- Quick Navigation: Clicking the Articles tab in the global header provides immediate access to the management dashboard from any other section of the software.

- Content Lifecycle Management: The dashboard allows you to create, edit, and schedule articles for publication, ensuring a consistent content stream.

- Buy Articles: A dedicated section at the top of the dashboard allows users to manage article acquisitions, featuring a searchable table to track the status of purchased content.
- Hierarchical Organization: It utilizes the Article Categories system to classify content into primary categories and subcategories, making it easier for readers to navigate and for you to manage large volumes of articles.
- Audience Engagement Tracking: The system tracks and displays View counts for each article, providing immediate feedback on which topics are resonating with your audience.
- Multi-Channel Distribution: Beyond simple hosting, the dashboard integrates tools to Publish on social media platforms and distribute content through specialized channels like Somply, Multi, or Wedding.

MY ARTICLES: Content Management & Distribution
The MY ARTICLES section is your primary workspace for managing, refining, and distributing your published content. Below are the key tools available for article management:

1. Creating and Configuring Content
- Add Article (+): Click the plus icon in the top right corner of the "MY ARTICLES" section to open the creation form and start a new draft.
- Settings (Gear Icon): This shortcut takes you directly to the Article categories settings module, where you can update your categorization hierarchy for better organization.
- Edit Content: Click the orange pencil icon in the "Action" column of a specific article to modify its title, description, category, or schedule date.
2. Distribution and Social Sharing
- Publish on Social: This high-visibility button allows you to instantly push your article to your connected social media accounts, increasing your content's reach.
- Multi-Channel Sending: Use the specific "Send It" columns to distribute your content to specialized platforms such as Multi, Wedding, or Somply.
3. Content Lifecycle & Visibility
- Delete Article: Click the red trash icon in the Action column to permanently remove an article from your database and site.
- Visibility Toggles: Use the Home Page and Popular switches to control which articles are featured on your main landing page and which are flagged as trending content.
- View Tracking: Monitor the View column to see live audience engagement counts for every article in your list.
Viewing and Previewing Your Articles
Once an article is created, you can easily preview its content directly from the MY ARTICLES dashboard to verify how it will appear to readers.
Accessing the Article Preview
- Locate the Action Column: In the MY ARTICLES table, find the specific row for the article you wish to view.
- Click the View Icon: Click the eye icon located in the Action column.
Modal Preview: This action opens a popup modal titled "Article" which displays the full details of your post.

The preview modal provides a comprehensive summary of the article's details:
- Featured Image: Shows the thumbnail or main image associated with the article.
- Headlines: Displays the full title (e.g., "10 Proven Digital Marketing Strategies to Grow Your Business in 2026").

- Metadata: Lists essential technical information including:
