Accessed via Settings → Company Settings, this module facilitates the complete lifecycle of a team member—from initial addition and organization verification to real-time configuration of login statuses, SMTP email assignments, and administrative rights. Beyond basic profile management, the page integrates advanced collaborative features such as customer sharing, folder permissions, and group chat authorizations, ensuring that every team member has the specific access and tools required for their role.

A Guide to Adding New Organization Members
The Add Organization Member modal is the primary tool for registering new users and integrating them directly into your organization's workflow.
- Identity & Credentials: Enter the member's Full Name, Email, and Phone Number. You must also establish a unique User Name and a secure Password to enable their initial login access.
- Professional Profiling: Assign the member to a specific Category and Sub-category to define their organizational role. You may also include their professional Website link for complete profile documentation.
- Financial & Operational Settings: Configure essential payment details, including Publisher Payment methods (e.g., "By Letter"), specific Payment Amounts, and Hourly Rates. Additionally, selecting a Default Quick Mail template ensures their outgoing correspondence remains standardized.
- Finalize Registration: Once all required fields are populated, click Submit to securely save the profile and append the new member to your organization's active list.

Folder Permissions: Customizing Team Access
The Share Folders modal allows administrators to control exactly which data categories and file groups a specific team member can view or manage.

- Triggering Access: Click the Folder icon within the Actions column of the Member modal to open the specific sharing settings for that user.
- Selective Sharing: You can choose from a wide variety of system folders, such as New Leads, Customers, Missions, and Archive, ensuring members only see information relevant to their tasks.
Management Features:

Add/Remove Folders: Click the "x" on any folder tag to remove access or select new ones from the list to grant permissions.

Reset: Quickly clear all current selections if you need to start the permission setup from scratch.
- Finalizing Permissions: Clicking Submit saves the folder-sharing configuration, instantly updating what the team member can see when they log into their account.
Managing Team Members: From Initial Setup to Advanced Control
The system provides two distinct ways to manage organization members. While the Add form is designed for speed and identity creation, the Edit form unlocks the full suite of security, privacy, and workflow automation settings.
1. Quick Setup: The "Add Member" Details
The Add Organization Member modal is used for fast registration, requiring only the core details needed to establish a user’s identity and basic role.
- Identity & Credentials: Capture the member's Full Name, Email, Phone, and create a unique Username and Password for their first login.
- Professional Role: Assign a Category and Sub-category to define their position within the team.
- Basic Financials: Set the Hourly Rate and Publisher Payment method (e.g., "By Letter") to handle their compensation.
- Operational Start: Select a Default Quick Mail template so they can begin communicating with clients immediately upon activation.
2. Deep Customization: The "Edit Member" Details
Once a member is in the system, clicking the Pencil icon opens the Edit User Detail modal. This provides granular control and advanced configurations that were not present in the initial setup.
A. Security & Network Control
- IP Whitelist: Restrict account access to specific, trusted IP addresses (like your office or their home).
- Two Auth (2FA): Toggle the requirement for secondary security codes to protect sensitive data.
- Token: Access the unique security Token used for secure internal support and specialized logins.

B. Privacy & Interface Visibility
- Show Prices: Choose whether the member can see pricing data on Documents or Subscription pages.
- Mini Dashboard: Toggle the simplified "Mini Dashboard" view to customize their home screen interface.
- Email View Permission: Specifically authorize which other team members' email logs this user is permitted to monitor.
- Give Permission as Agent: A specific checkbox to grant the member agent-level authority within the communication modules.
C. Advanced Workflow Integrations
- Default Folder/Branch: Automate the member's workflow by setting which Folder (e.g., New Leads) and which Branch office loads by default when they sign in.
- Service Providers: Link specific Payment Gateways and WhatsApp Providers to the member's profile for managing transactions and automated messaging.
Member Actions: Managing Access and Shared Data
The Actions column within the Member modal contains specific tools to manage team member accessibility and restrict data exposure.

1. Copy Login Link
This tool is used by administrators to provide immediate platform access to a member without requiring them to enter manual credentials.
- Function: Click the Copy icon (represented by two overlapping squares) within the Actions set.
- Result: A secure, unique login URL is generated and copied to your clipboard.
- Use Case: This is ideal for assisting team members who are having trouble with their password or to facilitate a quick first-time login.
2. Remove Shared Customer
This action serves as a security reset to ensure a member can only see their own assigned data.
- Function: Click the Minus icon (a "-" symbol inside a square) located in the Actions column.
- Purpose: It immediately revokes the member's access to shared customer records or global lead data.
- Outcome: Once clicked, the member is restricted to interacting only with clients specifically assigned to their individual account.
- Distinction: While the "Share Customer" checkbox sets a general permission, this specific icon is a one-click action to remove current shared access.
Member Actions: Direct Chat & Sidebar Communication
The Chat icon in the Actions column allows for immediate, real-time communication with specific team members without leaving the main Member management page.

1. Opening a Personal Chat
- Action: Click the Speech Bubble icon (Chat) located in the Actions column for any specific team member.
- Direct Access: This immediately opens a private chat window dedicated to that member, allowing for quick internal updates or task coordination.
2. Right-Side Chat Sidebar
- Function: Once a chat is initiated, a persistent Communication Sidebar appears on the right side of the screen.
- Active Member List: The sidebar displays circular profile icons for all active or recent chats, letting you switch between conversations with different team members with one click.
- Status Indicators: Small green dots on the profile icons indicate which members are currently Online and available for immediate response.
3. Using the Interactive Chat Window
- Real-Time Messaging: Type and send messages in the text box at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Media Sharing: You can view shared videos, images, or documents directly within the chat thread.
- Multimedia Tools: Use the icons within the chat window to initiate video calls or voice recordings for more complex discussions.
Roles and Modules: Customizing Member Access
The Grid icon in the Actions column opens the Roles and Modules configuration window. This tool is used to precisely control which parts of the platform a team member can see and interact with.
1. Accessing the Configuration
- Action: Click the Grid icon (represented by nine small squares) located in the Actions set for any specific member.
- Interface: This triggers the Roles and Modules modal, specifically focusing on the Sidebar menu options.
2. Managing Sidebar Permissions
The window displays a comprehensive list of all system modules. For each module, you can toggle access on or off:
- Active (Green Toggle): The module is visible in the member's sidebar, and they are permitted to use its features.
- Inactive (Red "X" Toggle): When access is turned off, the toggle displays a Red "X". In this state, the module is hidden from the member's view entirely.
The Customers toggle in Roles and Modules → Sidebar Menu controls whether the menu appears in the system navigation.

If a user types a product name but does not select it from the dropdown, the input will be cleared or removed. After selecting a product, the product field becomes locked and cannot be edited manually.

- Display Name: The name shown to the receiver during an outgoing call.
- SIP Port: Typically set to 5061 or 5060 depending on the provider's requirements.
- STUN Server: Helps the phone connect through firewalls (e.g.,

- TLS (Transport Layer Security): Check this to encrypt call signaling.
