Company Stamp Settings



Company Stamp: Digital Identity & Document Verification
 

The Company Stamp is a professional branding tool that allows you to manage and upload official digital seals for your business. It serves as a digital version of a physical rubber stamp, allowing you to drag and drop authorized logos directly onto PDF documents for signing, while also functioning as a dynamic placeholder that automatically inserts your company's official branding into automated emails. This ensures that every outgoing invoice, contract, and letter carries a consistent, verified, and professional appearance across your entire organization.


 

How to Load this Module
 

To access and manage your Company Stamp module, follow these three simple steps:
 

  1. Open Settings: Click on your Profile/User Icon in the top right corner and select the Settings (gear) icon from the dropdown menu.

  2. Navigate to Company Settings: In the sidebar, ensure you are under the Company Settings tab and scroll down to click on Company stamp.

  3. Manage Stamps: The Company stamp modal will open.



 

Company Stamp: List & Actions
 

The Company Stamp listing page is your central hub for managing all saved digital seals. It provides a clear overview and quick controls for your business branding.


 List Overview
 

  • Image: A small thumbnail preview of the uploaded stamp or logo.

  • Name: The custom label you assigned (e.g., "Official Seal" or "Invoicing Stamp").

  • Action Column: Where you perform management tasks.

 Management Actions
 

  •  Add New (+ Button): Click the blue plus icon at the top right to open a new modal. Here, you can upload a fresh image and assign it a name to create a new stamp.

  • Edit (Pencil Icon): Click this to modify an existing stamp. You can update the display name or replace the current image with a new version without deleting the record.

  • Delete (Trash Icon): Click this to permanently remove a stamp from your library.




     

    Add Company Stamp: Entry Modal
     

    Clicking the + button opens the entry modal, which allows you to register a new digital seal into your system.

     

    Form Fields
     

    - NAME: Enter a unique label (e.g., "Official Seal") to easily identify the stamp in the PDF Signer.

    - IMAGE: Upload your graphic via drag-and-drop or file browser.
     

    Control Buttons
     

    - Submit: Saves the stamp and adds it to your active library.

    - Reset: Instantly clears the form and removes the uploaded file.

     




     

    Company Stamp in New PDF Signer
     

    The Company Stamp module is integrated directly into the New PDF Signer to streamline document authentication. It allows you to place your official business seals onto any document with a single click.
     



    How to Access It
     

    - Navigate: Go to Special Modules in the main menu.

    - Open Signer: Click on New PDF Signer.

    - Locate Blocks: Inside the Signer interface, look for the Signature Block category in the content sidebar.
     


    How to Use It
     

    - Draggable Blocks: Every stamp you previously uploaded in "Company Stamp Settings" appears here as a unique, labeled block.

    - Placement: Simply drag and drop the desired stamp block from the sidebar onto your document preview.

    - Visual Proof: Once dropped, the stamp image (like your logo or official seal) appears on the PDF, ensuring the document is legally and professionally verified.
