Module Settings: The System Switchboard
 

Module Settings serves as the central configuration hub and master "feature flag" manager for the entire organization. Accessible through the Special Modules menu, this two-step administrative interface allows authorized users to toggle core system functionalities—such as WhatsApp, Customer Flow, and Appointment modules—while simultaneously managing the visibility of sidebar shortcuts like Missions and Calendars. By persisting these preferences as a dynamic JSON object within the user's profile, the module acts as a global controller that instantly shapes the platform’s UI and backend behavior, even providing a secondary stage for managing custom quick links within the advanced operational area.



 

How to Load Module Settings
 

To access the Module Settings (Master Switchboard), follow these three simple steps:
 

  1. Open Settings: Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner and select the Settings (gear) icon.

  2. Navigate to Biz1 Settings: In the left-hand sidebar, click the Biz1 Settings dropdown menu.

  3. Launch Module: Click on module from the list. The configuration modal will open.




 

Room Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Room
Also controls visibility of the Room icon in the left sidebar.
 

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Room module will be enabled and will appear in the left sidebar as an icon. It will also be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Room, allowing the user to access and manage room-related features.

• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Room module will be disabled and the icon will not be shown in the left sidebar. It will also not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Room.


Combo-Meeting Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Combo-Meeting
Also controls visibility of the Combo-Meeting icon in the left sidebar.
 

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Combo-Meeting module will be enabled and will appear in the left sidebar as an icon. It will also be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Combo-Meeting, allowing the user to access combo meeting features.

• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Combo-Meeting module will be disabled and the icon will not be shown in the left sidebar. It will also not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Combo-Meeting.
 


Order Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Setting - Order
Also controls visibility of the Order icon in the left sidebar.
 

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Order module will be enabled and will appear in the left sidebar as an icon. It will also be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Setting - Order, allowing the user to access and manage order-related features.

• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Order module will be disabled and the icon will not be shown in the left sidebar. It will also not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Setting - Order.

 

RealEstate Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → RealEstate

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The RealEstate module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → RealEstate, allowing the user to access and manage real estate-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The RealEstate module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → RealEstate.

 

Client Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Clients area

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Client module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Clients area, allowing the user to access .
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Client module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Clients area.


 

Payment Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Controls visibility of the Reports option in the left sidebar.

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
When the Payment module is enabled, the Reports option will be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to access report-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
When the Payment module is disabled, the Reports option will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access report-related features.

 

Insurance Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Controls visibility of the Insurance tab inside the customer single profile.

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Insurance module will be enabled and the Insurance tab will be visible inside the customer’s single profile page, allowing the user to view and manage insurance-related data.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Insurance module will be disabled and the Insurance tab will not be shown in the customer’s single profile page.

 

Telemarketing Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Telemarketing
Also controls visibility in the Advance menu (Telemarketing & Telemarketing Dashboard).

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Telemarketing module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Telemarketing. It will also be visible in the Advance menu as "Telemarketing" and "Telemarketing Dashboard", allowing the user to access telemarketing features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Telemarketing module will be disabled and will not appear under Settings → Special Modules → Telemarketing. It will also be hidden from the Advance menu (Telemarketing & Telemarketing Dashboard).

 

Shipping Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Shipping Token

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Shipping module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Shipping Token, allowing the user to access and manage shipping-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Shipping module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Shipping Token.

 

Appointment Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Appointment
Also controls visibility of the Calendar icon in the left sidebar.

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Appointment module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Appointment. The Calendar icon will also be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to access appointment/calendar features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Appointment module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Appointment. The Calendar icon will also be hidden from the left sidebar.


 

Status Controller Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Controls visibility of the Status Controller icon in the left sidebar.

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Status Controller module will be enabled and the Status Controller icon (as shown in the sidebar) will be visible, allowing the user to access status-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Status Controller module will be disabled and the Status Controller icon will not be shown in the left sidebar.

 

Work Flow Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Work Flow

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Work Flow module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Work Flow, allowing the user to access and manage workflow-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Work Flow module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Work Flow.

 

Publisher Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Publisher
Also controls visibility in the Advance menu (Publisher & Publisher Dashboard).

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Publisher module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Publisher. It will also be visible in the Advance menu as "Publisher" and "Publisher Dashboard", allowing the user to access publisher-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Publisher module will be disabled and will not appear under Settings → Special Modules → Publisher. It will also be hidden from the Advance menu (Publisher & Publisher Dashboard).

 

Student Timer Module
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Student Timer

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
- “Student Timer” tab will be visible inside the Customer Profile (single customer view).
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
- “Student Timer” tab will not be visible in the Customer Profile.

 

Check Lists Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings →  Biz1 Settings → Check lists

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Check Lists module will be enabled and accessible from Settings →  Biz1 Settings → Check lists, allowing the user to manage checklist-related configurations and data.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Check Lists module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Biz1 Settings → Check lists.

 

Courses Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Courses

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Courses module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Courses, allowing the user to access and manage course-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Courses module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Courses.


 

WhatsApp Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → WhatsApp

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The WhatsApp module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → WhatsApp, allowing the user to access WhatsApp-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The WhatsApp module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → WhatsApp.

Sources Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Sources

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Sources module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Sources, allowing the user to access and manage source-related data.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Sources module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Sources.

 

Internal Status Module
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Internal Status

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
 Internal Status dropdown/fields will be visible inside the Customer Profile (single customer view).
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
-Internal Status dropdown/fields will NOT be visible in the Customer Profile.


 

Customer Flow Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Customer Flow

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Customer Flow module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules → Customer Flow, allowing the user to access and manage customer flow features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Customer Flow module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Special Modules → Customer Flow.

 

Extensions Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Company Settings → Extensions

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Extensions module will be enabled and accessible from Settings → Company Settings → Extensions, allowing the user to manage extension-related settings.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Extensions module will be disabled and will not be accessible from Settings → Company Settings → Extensions.

 

Show Order Report on Sidebar (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → Orders

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Orders module (Order Report) will be visible in the left sidebar as the Orders icon, allowing the user to access order-related data and reports.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Orders module (Order Report) will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access order reports from the sidebar.

 

WhatsApp Status Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → WhatsApp

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The WhatsApp Status feature will be available inside the WhatsApp module. When the user opens the WhatsApp page from the left sidebar, status-related options and data will be visible.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The WhatsApp Status feature will be hidden, and status-related options will not be available inside the WhatsApp module.

 

Har Habituach Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Har Habituach Setting

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Har Habituach module will be enabled and will appear under Settings → Special Modules, allowing the user to access and manage Har Habituach settings.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Har Habituach module will be hidden from Settings → Special Modules, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Newspaper Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Newspaper

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Newspaper module will be visible under Settings → Special Modules, allowing the user to access and manage newspaper-related features.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Newspaper module will be hidden from Settings → Special Modules, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Custom Add Customer Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Custom Add Customer

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Custom Add Customer module will be visible under Settings → Special Modules, allowing the user to access and use custom customer creation functionality.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Custom Add Customer module will be hidden from Settings → Special Modules, and the user will not be able to access this functionality.

 

Search Product in Customer Page (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Customer Page → Top Bar (Search Product)

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The “Search Product” option will be visible on the Customer page, allowing the user to search and link products directly from the customer view.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The “Search Product” option will be hidden from the Customer page, and the user will not be able to search or link products from there.

 

Pricing Lists Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Pricing Lists

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Pricing Lists module will be visible under Settings → Special Modules, allowing the user to manage and configure pricing lists.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Pricing Lists module will be hidden from Settings → Special Modules, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Outgoing Payment Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Top Menu → Advance → Outgoing Payment

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Outgoing Payment option will be visible under the Advance menu, allowing the user to access and manage outgoing payments.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Outgoing Payment option will be hidden from the Advance menu, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Branches Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Settings → Special Modules → Branches

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Branches module will be visible under Settings → Special Modules, allowing the user to manage and access branch-related settings.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Branches module will be hidden from Settings → Special Modules, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Client Timer Module Visibility (Roles & Modules)
 

- This applies to:
Top Header → "Start Work" / Timer Section

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Client Timer feature will be visible in the top header (Start Work / Time tracking area), allowing the user to start and manage working time tracking.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Client Timer feature will be hidden from the top header, and the user will not be able to access or use time tracking.


 

Missions Module Visibility (Sidebar)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → Missions

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Missions module will be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to access and manage missions.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Missions module will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access it.


Calendar Module Visibility (Sidebar)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → Calendar

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Calendar module will be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to view and manage schedules and events.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Calendar module will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Tickets Module Visibility (Sidebar)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → Tickets

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Tickets module will be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to manage support tickets.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Tickets module will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

Email Module Visibility (Sidebar)
 

- This applies to:
Left Sidebar → Email

• Toggle ON (Enabled)
The Email module will be visible in the left sidebar, allowing the user to access and manage emails.
• Toggle OFF (Disabled)
The Email module will be hidden from the left sidebar, and the user will not be able to access it.

 

WhatsApp Module Visibility (Sidebar)
