What is Biz1 Agent?
Biz1 Agent is an AI-powered chat assistant built into the Biz1 application. The agent allows you to perform actions using natural language - simply type or speak, and the agent understands what you need and executes the action.

How does it work?
- Open the agent from the sidebar (chat icon)
- Send a message in natural language

You can use the same smart agent via WhatsApp! Simply send a message to the linked number and the agent performs the same actions.
Supported Message Types:
- Text - regular message
- Image - with optional caption
- File - documents (doc, xlsx, pdf)
- Audio/Video - with optional caption

⚠️ Important: Send messages to +972-3-374-1888 You can only send from the phone number linked to your employee account in Settings → Team Members. Make sure the Smart Agent option is enabled there. |
