Instead of rebuilding settings manually, administrators can clone a complete working setup and apply it to a new or existing account in seconds.
This feature focuses on structure and configuration, not business transactions.
- Why This Feature Exists
Managing multiple users often requires repeating the same setup:
statuses, tabs, templates, automations, folders, calendars, and more.
This tool solves that by enabling:

- Where You Access It
The feature lives inside the Admin Settings area of the dashboard.
When accessed, it opens a single-step modal titled
“Copy All Details from another User”.
- Visibility is restricted to super administrators only
(user ID 14 or 47).
Regular users and team members never see this option.
- Visual Layout of the Modal
The modal is intentionally simple and focused:

- Choosing the Source and Destination
At the top of the modal, the administrator defines the copy direction:

FROM USER ID
The source account — all settings are copied from here.

TO USER ID
The destination account — this user receives the copied setup.
A large arrow (→) between the fields visually reinforces the direction:
FROM → TO.
The system prevents copying to the same user or between non-owner accounts.
- Copy Options – Full Control
Below the user selection is a grid of toggle switches.
Each toggle represents a specific configuration category:

enabled (✔) means it will be copied,

disabled (✖) means it will be skipped.
All toggles are enabled by default, allowing a full clone in one click.
Admins can fine-tune the process by disabling any category they don’t want to copy.
