Instructions can be given to the AI agent in two ways:
On the Dashboard – in the first chat that appears on the side of the screen (marked as AI), you can write instructions directly.
On WhatsApp – Employees who have been defined in the system with a mobile number and are authorized to use the agent, can send instructions directly to the number +97233741888
Examples of actions:
- "Add a client named Israel Israeli, phone 050-1234567"
- "Add an expense for client Avi Cohen, for the office renovation project" + invoice photo – the agent will automatically decipher the invoice details and add the expense
