Introduction
What is Biz1 Agent?
Biz1 Agent is a smart AI-based chat assistant built into the Biz1 application. The agent allows you to perform actions in natural language - simply type or speak, and the agent understands what is needed and performs the action.
Why do you need it?
- Faster work - performing actions without opening many screens
- Natural language - no need to remember menus or forms
- Consistency - guided collection of required fields
- Accessibility - one place for searching, creating, and managing
How does it work?
- Open the agent from the sidebar (chat icon)
- Send a message in natural language
- The agent understands the intent and asks for missing details
- The agent performs the action and confirms

Biz1 Agent on WhatsApp
You can use the same smart agent via WhatsApp too! Simply send a message to the number linked to Biz1 and the agent will perform the same actions.
Please note. Messages must be sent to the number +97233741888 and only from the number associated with the employee within the software settings - team members. Make sure the smart agent usage option is checked there.
Supported Message Types:
- Text - regular message
- Image - with optional caption
- File - documents (doc, xlsx, pdf)
- Audio/Video - with optional caption
