The Customer Kanban module helps you visually track and organize your customers through different stages of your workflow. See your last 25 customers as cards on a kanban board, and move them between columns by dragging and dropping.
Filtering & Quick Actions
Filter customers by date, team member, or search. Quick actions: email, call, or message customers directly from their card. Create multiple flows for different processes.
How to Load and Open
Enable: Settings → biz1 → modules → turn on "Customer flow \ Kanban". Open: Dashboard → click "Flow" or "Kanban" in the left menu.
How to Set Up
Settings → special module → Customer flow - kanban. Create a new flow, choose which customers to show (folder, tag, status), create columns with custom names and colors.
