Hello everyone,
We are happy to update you on two new improvements in the system:
1. Merging files into a single PDF
From now on, you can merge multiple customer files (Word, images, PDF) into one organized PDF file.
How to do it?
- Go to the customer's card
- Click on "Files"
- Select the files you want to merge
- Click on "Merge Files"
- Drag the files to change the order as needed
- Confirm and receive one merged PDF
2. Detailed Work Log Report
A new report showing employee work by customer and by employee.
How to access the report?
- Go to "Advanced"
- Select "BIZ1 Report - Work Log"
Alternatively:
- Go to "Advanced" > "Work Log"
- Click on the "Export" button
