What It Means

- How New PDF Signer Creation Works (Conceptually)
Think of the process as three layers:

Base Document – The original PDF file

Visual Layer – Fields placed on top

Signing Logic – Who signs, where, and how
The PDF file itself is never directly modified.
Instead, Biz1 stores positional data and rules on top of it.
- Step-by-Step: Creating a New PDF Signer
- Step 1: Open the PDF Signer

Click on Flow in the left sidebar

Open New PDF Signer

The empty workspace + content panel appear
- Step 2: Upload the PDF Document
Option A – Drag and Drop

Drag a
.pdffile -
Drop it into the upload area
Option B – Click to Upload

Select a PDF file

Confirm upload
